Our hectic lifestyle doesn't allow us to to choose foods right. There are certain vegetables and fruits that are famous for the amazing role they play in our life. Due to the fact that they can help us fight different diseases they can be called super fruits and vegetables.

A healthy nutrition is based on a balanced combination of foods, but also on choosing a correct habit regarding how and how much to eat. A balanced diet is the key to a healthy life. Even though we sometimes tend to be quite skeptical when it comes to the power fruits and vegetables can have in our life, we should know that they can be the key to fight disease. Take a look to some super fruits and vegetables that might change you physically and spiritually too.

  • Broccoli contains vitamins A, C, and E, calcium, and folic acid. It also encourages the prevention of anemia as it facilitates iron absorption. Moreover, broccoli is also a fiber source. Half of its fiber is insoluble and half is soluble, and therefore helping to meet your needs for both types of fiber.
