    Green smoothies prevent cancer and other diseases, boost the immune system, increase digestive efficiency, support weight loss, balance body PH, increase energy, normalize blood sugar, reduce insomnia, increase libido, better vision, less acne and clearer skin, reduce cravings for junk food, coffee and chocolate.

    At the beginning of the diet, smoothies have to contain 80% fruits adding only one salad leaf or a handful of spinach. Gradually, the quantity of fruits will have to be only 30% and the rest should be greens.
    Each and one of us is free to vary from day to day the taste of the juice by adding different fruits like apples, bananas or any other fruit or leaves according to one's taste and preferences.
