Feta

Feta is the cheese with the highest salt content because is matured in salted water. Traditionally produced in Greece, feta can be made from sheep, goat or cow’s milk. Brie

Mozzarella is an Italian cheese very rich in proteins. Its name comes from the Italian verb "mozzare" meaning "to cut".
